FarmerUp is a software platform for sending orders from restaurants to warehouses and confirming them. Operator: NATTECH LLC (Armenia).
The platform is not a party to the deal between a restaurant and a warehouse: goods, prices, delivery and payments stay between them. FarmerUp transmits the order, records the confirmation, shows the invoice and the payment status.
The platform is free for restaurants. A warehouse uses it free for six months from connection, then pays monthly for the chosen tier; non-payment moves the warehouse to the free tier with limits, data is not deleted.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for access to their phone number. WhatsApp messages are sent only after the warehouse consents; consent can be withdrawn with the word "STOP" or by e-mail.
Warehouses are responsible for their catalogs, prices, photos and messages. False information, insults, illegal content and spam are prohibited. Restaurants can report a warehouse, a product or a chat and hide a warehouse in the app; reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and we may hide content or suspend an organization. A manager reviews new warehouses before they appear in search. An account can be deleted in the app: More, then Delete account.
